Tenants can receive assistance with eviction\, landlord-tenant disputes\, lease disputes\, habitability\, security deposit and other tenant rights. Asian Americans Advancing Justice Southern California also assists homeowners who are facing foreclosure for reasons other than missing monthly payments or who are victims of loan modification or home improvement scams \nAn appointment is required prior to attending our Legal Housing Rights Clinics. DESCRIPTION:Asian Americans Advancing Justice Southern California assists low-income and limited-English-speaking survivors of domestic violence with family law and immigration services\, including helping them obtain restraining orders\, child custody\, and support orders and to achieve legal status without the help of their abuser.
