Additionally\, we honor those who have made a significant impact on the community. The event includes elected officials\, community partners\, members of the Asian American bar associations and leaders from the arts\, culture\, and media as well as corporate\, legal\, and nonprofit sectors. It has become one of the most anticipated fundraising events in the Asian American\, Native Hawaiian\, and Pacific Islander communities.  \nWith a connection to past recent years\, the theme is for this year’s gala is United in Action: 40FORWARD because we believe that the strength of our AAPI community depends on the forward momentum of our social justice movement.
