Join us as we celebrate our diverse and beautiful queer and trans API community, our community partners, and our 2026 official bill package.
This year, we’re proud to honor: LGBTQ Caucus Chair, Assemblymember Christopher Ward with the Allyship Award and we’ll have performances from Sacramento’s fiercest QTAPI drag queens, PrincessB and Lotus!
Food and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided for the first 80 attendees. Attendance at this event by a public official will constitute acceptance of a reportable gift.
The AAPI Queer Joy Coalition was founded in 2024 and is a partnership between Asian Americans Advancing Justice Southern California (AJSOCAL), Hmong Innovating Politics (HIP), Lavender Phoenix, Search to Involve Pilipinos (SIPA) and Vietnamese Rainbow of Orange County (VROC).
