LA Domestic Violence and Family Law Clinic

Asian Americans Advancing Justice Southern California assists low-income and limited-English-speaking survivors of domestic violence with family law and immigration services, including helping them obtain restraining orders, child custody, and support orders and to achieve legal status without the help of their abuser. Asian Americans Advancing Justice Southern California also assists victims of labor or sex trafficking with obtaining legal status.

Every week, free clinics are available for legal assistance, domestic violence survivors, family law, and immigration services online every first Thursday at the Westminster Family Resource Center and in-person every second Thursday at the Alhambra Civic Center Library. Appointments must be made in advance through the free helplines at (213) 973-6140 or https://ajsocal.org/contact/
