The Health Access Program (HAP) at AJSOCAL offers free and confidential assistance to help you apply for health coverage and understand how to use it. Whether you are ready to enroll, have questions about the U.S. health care system, want to learn how the health coverage enrollment process works, or want to know what health coverage you may qualify for based on your income and immigration status, our Certified Enrollment Counselor is here to support you.
Walk-ins are welcome, and no appointment is needed. If you are unable to visit in person, please call us at (888) 349-9695 (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM), or email or text us at health@ajsocal.org at any time.
If you are able to, please bring proof of identification (such as a driver’s license), proof of income (such as a pay stub), and proof of citizenship or immigration status so we can best assist you.
